GURUGRAM: A balcony section collapsed at a luxury apartment complex in Sector 37D on a rainy Thursday morning, according to police reports. Fortunately, there were no immediate injuries reported. The incident took place in Tower E of the Imperia Esfera Phase-2 complex, where residents heard a loud noise as part of the first-floor balcony fell. A resident noted that although people were walking underneath the balcony at the time, no one was struck by the debris, and there were no reported injuries. Gurugram: The district administration has issued a warning to builders regarding their obligation to perform repair work as detailed in structural audit reports. This warning was announced by an official on Tuesday.
