GURUGRAM: A balcony section collapsed at a luxury apartment complex in Sector 37D on a rainy Thursday morning, according to police reports. Fortunately, there were no immediate injuries reported. Gurugram: The district administration has issued a warning to builders regarding their obligation to perform repair work as detailed in structural audit reports.
