Sobha Q1 FY27 Sales Reach ₹3,656 Crore
NEW DELHI: In Q1 FY27, Sobha achieved quarterly sales worth ₹3,656 crore, marking a 76% increase compared to the same quarter last year. The company sold 2.34 million sq ft this quarter, a year-on-year rise of 62%, across 1,432 homes and plots, representing a 78% increase. Their sales value share reached ₹2,992 crore, the highest for any quarter to date. Bengaluru’s sales accounted for ₹2,067 crore, contributing 56.5% of total sales this quarter.
