NEW DELHI: In Q1 FY27, Sobha achieved quarterly sales worth ₹3,656 crore, marking a 76% increase compared to the same quarter last year.
The company sold 2.34 million sq ft this quarter, a year-on-year rise of 62%, across 1,432 homes and plots, representing a 78% increase. Their sales value share reached ₹2,992 crore, the highest for any quarter to date.
Bengaluru’s sales accounted for ₹2,067 crore, contributing 56.5% of total sales this quarter. NCR recorded ₹1,384 crore in sales, which comprised 37.9% of overall sales.
Kerala contributed ₹134 crore, or 3.7% of total sales, while other cities combined contributed ₹71 crore, or 1.9%.
During this quarter, the company launched 6.89 million sq ft of saleable area across three projects in Bengaluru and Gurugram.
The Sobha Crescent phase-I project is part of a luxurious 11.99-acre development in Sector 63A, Gurugram, featuring 336 homes within 0.87 million sq ft and a projected sales potential of ₹2,200 crore.
Sacred Grove by the Lake in Chikka Tirupathi, Bengaluru, consists of 388 plots across a total area of 0.63 million sq ft.
Sobha OneWorld, located in East Bengaluru, spans 47.4 acres with 3,484 homes over 5.39 million sq ft, projecting over ₹7,500 crore in sales. The initial phase includes 2,249 homes within 3.43 million sq ft.
During this quarter, 671 homes were completed across eight projects, totaling 1.08 million sq ft of saleable area.
