GURUGRAM: On Tuesday, GMDA issued a show-cause notice to the Ramprastha City developer in Sector 37D for allegedly constructing an unauthorized access that disrupts the natural flow of the Badshapur stormwater drain, raising concerns ahead of the monsoon season. If the developer fails to comply or provide an unsatisfactory response, the Authority warned that it will demolish the structure without notice, recover penalty costs, and initiate legal action.
