Jaipur: Rajdarbar Complains of Court Order Violation, Illegal Digging
JAIPUR: A private real estate firm has filed a complaint for the alleged violation of a court’s stay order and unauthorized soil excavation on its property in Chimanpura village, as reported by the police on Wednesday. Rajdarbar Developments Private Limited claimed in a complaint submitted last week that despite a stay order from the SDO (South) court in an ongoing dispute, certain individuals unlawfully entered its land and operated heavy machinery for excavation.
