Jaipur: Rajdarbar Complains of Court Order Violation, Illegal Digging

JAIPUR: A private real estate firm has filed a complaint for the alleged violation of a court’s stay order and unauthorized soil excavation on its property in Chimanpura village, as reported by the police on Wednesday.

Rajdarbar Developments Private Limited claimed in a complaint submitted last week that despite a stay order from the SDO (South) court in an ongoing dispute, certain individuals unlawfully entered its land and operated heavy machinery for excavation.

The firm stated that the incident occurred last week when a local resident, identified as Ramlal Leel, along with accomplices, trespassed onto the property, utilizing JCBs and tractors to excavate soil.

According to the company’s representative, Surendra Singh, “The accused were fully aware of the court’s stay order. Their actions constitute trespass and a blatant disregard for judicial directives.”

Ramlal Leel could not be reached for comment regarding the allegations.

The company mentioned that the 22.42-hectare plot in Chimanpura, under Bhankrota jurisdiction, is currently subject to litigation in the SDO (South) court, which has prohibited any excavation, construction, or alteration in possession.

Acting SHO Surendra Singh confirmed the receipt of a complaint, stating, “We have taken the matter seriously and will prevent any illegal occupation of the land. A thorough investigation is ongoing.”

The company is pursuing the registration of an FIR, seeking action against the accused, and requesting the seizure of the machinery used for the excavation.
