SC Panel: All Supertech Realtors’ Deals Require Approval

NEW DELHI: An empowered committee appointed by the Supreme Court has announced that prior permission is necessary for any real estate transactions involving Supertech Realtors at Noida. Earlier this month, the empowered committee issued a public notice underlining restrictions on the sale or transfer of units within the Supertech Realtors Pvt Ltd (SRPL) project. Supertech Realtors is developing ‘Supernova,’ a mixed-use real estate project in Sector 94, Noida, which includes residential, commercial, office spaces, studio apartments, service apartments, and shopping centers. NEW DELHI: Embassy Office Parks REIT has acquired a 0.3 million sq ft office property in Bengaluru’s Embassy GolfLinks Business Park for ₹852 crore. The acquisition was finalized through purchasing Eleanor Realty Holdings India, the owner and operator of the commercial building ‘Pinehurst’ within the integrated business park. This grade-A office asset is fully leased to a global investment firm. Aviom India Housing’s Creditors to Pursue Swiss Challenge

MUMBAI: The committee of creditors (CoC) for Aviom India Housing Finance has opted to use the Swiss challenge mechanism for conducting an auction, as per sources familiar with the matter.
