Delhi: 15 Seek Ownership in Unauthorised Colonies; No House Regularisations
NEW DELHI: Following the launch of the SWAGAM portal by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) for the regularization of 1,511 unauthorized colonies, officials announced on Friday that 15 residents have applied for ownership rights. However, no applications have been submitted for house regularization through the portal as of yet. Officials clarified that the 15 applications received by Wednesday were for ownership rights via the Delhi government’s Pradhan Mantri Unauthorised Colonies in Delhi Awas Adhikar Yojana (PM-UDAY) portal. “The data on the portal is real-time.
