Representative Image GHAZIABAD: The district administration has acquired about 100 hectares of land in Modinagar’s Niwari for the establishment of an industrial hub, to be developed by the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA). On Monday, officials confirmed that the land acquisition process has concluded, with farmers receiving compensation at four times the prevailing circle rate.
