NEW DELHI: The Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HARERA), based in Gurugram, has launched suo motu proceedings against Nitara Projects for purported violations of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. The authority acted under Section 35 of the Act upon noticing that the promoter was allegedly involved in the development, marketing, and sale of residential floors without obtaining the necessary project registration as mandated by Section 3(1) of the Act.
