Lucknow Development Body Offers OTS for 4,000 Defaulters

LUCKNOW: Approximately 4,000 defaulters in the city are expected to benefit from the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA), which is launching camps for the One-Time Settlement (OTS) program starting Saturday. This initiative allows defaulters to relieve themselves from penalties and compounded interest while clearing their dues to regularize ownership. Submitted applications will be processed within three months. Defaulters who pay the full amount within 30 days will receive a 3% discount. LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is planning to replace old low-rise buildings in residential schemes with modern high-rise apartments as part of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Redevelopment Policy-2026.
