Kolhapur to Build 5 Commercial Complexes via PPP

KOLHAPUR: The Kolhapur Municipal Corporation (KMC) is exploring options to establish five to six large commercial complexes through a public-private partnership (PPP). KMC chief Rajendra Bharud has tasked all four divisional offices to pinpoint strategic locations for these commercial spaces, aiming to generate revenue through rentals. Kanpur to Implement Uniform Mutation Fee Starting March 1

KANPUR: The Kanpur Municipal Corporation (KMC) working committee has approved a new mutation fee. Starting March 1, citizens will only need to pay Rs 6,500 for mutation. This decision comes after a 63-day deliberation process, culminating in the committee’s approval, which favors the public. Previously, KMC regulations required citizens to pay 1% of the property’s total value based on the DM’s circle rate.
