Gurugram’s Malibu Towne Country Club Receives OC, Reopening Soon
GURUGRAM: Country Club of Malibu Towne has finally obtained its occupation certificate (OC) after a two-year wait, allowing it to reopen after its closure in 2024. The township’s license, which expired in 2020, was renewed six years later, in January 2026, enabling the builder to proceed with the OC application. Authorities have confirmed that all outstanding paperwork, payments, and required corrections that led to the sealing of the club are now complete.
