The Chennai office occupies three floors within the Littlewood Tower, covering a total area of 150,000 sq ft and accommodating 2,400 desks. Sobha Q1 FY27 Sales Reach ₹3,656 Crore
NEW DELHI: In Q1 FY27, Sobha achieved quarterly sales worth ₹3,656 crore, marking a 76% increase compared to the same quarter last year. The company sold 2.34 million sq ft this quarter, a year-on-year rise of 62%, across 1,432 homes and plots, representing a 78% increase.
