Gurugram: DTCP to Renew Action Against Illegal Builds Next Week

GURUGRAM: The Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) will resume actions against illegal constructions in DLF Phase 3, following a May 29 order from the Punjab and Haryana High Court that restricted an earlier interim restraint to property owners involved in the case. Final restoration orders were issued on June 12 and 13 for properties not under any stay or status quo directives, directing owners to voluntarily rectify deviations from approved building plans.
