Harmony Infra Ventures to Invest ₹550 Crore in Ghaziabad Project


NEW DELHI: Harmony Infra Ventures has assumed full ownership of The Horizon Residences, a ₹1,600 crore residential endeavor located in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.

HS Kandhari, co-founder and executive director of the firm, mentioned that ₹550 crore will be invested in this project, with substructure work already in progress across the two G+33 towers.

The project features 264 residences with pricing starting at ₹5.99 crore. It is compliant with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority and has secured all necessary approvals.

Indigo Infraprojects is responsible for the foundation work, which includes deep excavation, piling, diaphragm wall construction, shoring, and other ground engineering tasks across both towers.

The development will offer 4 BHK, 5 BHK, and special edition 5 BHK residences across the towers, designed by Atwin, with structural consultancy by Optimum Design and landscape architecture by Nostri Design.
