Harmony Infra Ventures to Invest ₹550 Crore in Ghaziabad Project
NEW DELHI: Harmony Infra Ventures has assumed full ownership of The Horizon Residences, a ₹1,600 crore residential endeavor located in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. HS Kandhari, co-founder and executive director of the firm, mentioned that ₹550 crore will be invested in this project, with substructure work already in progress across the two G+33 towers. The project features 264 residences with pricing starting at ₹5.99 crore. It is compliant with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority and has secured all necessary approvals.
