Puravankara Acquires 9.73 Acres in Bengaluru; Arvind Joins for 58.25 Acres in Ahmedabad

NEW DELHI: Puravankara has acquired a 9.73-acre land parcel at Sanna Ammanikere in North Bengaluru. This outright acquisition has development potential of approximately 0.89 million sq ft, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹800 crore.

In a separate announcement, Arvind SmartSpaces (ASL) shared plans for a residential plotted project located on Kerala-Nalsarovar Road in South Ahmedabad. The project encompasses 58.25 acres, featuring a saleable area of 2.5 million sq ft. This joint development initiative is expected to generate a top-line of ₹180 crore.
