The apartment features a built-up area of 1,318 sq ft (122.45 sq meters) and comes with three car parking spaces. The transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹32.01 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000, based on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) documents reviewed by Square Yards.
