Bajaj Housing Q1 FY27 Profit Soars 23% to ₹715.28 Crore


NEW DELHI: Bajaj Housing Finance has recorded a significant 22.6% increase in its net profit after tax, amounting to ₹715.28 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, compared to ₹583.30 crore during the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.

The company’s total income rose 17.1% to ₹3,063.05 crore in Q1 FY27, up from ₹2,615.57 crore in Q1 FY26. Additionally, its assets under management expanded by 24% to ₹1,49,624 crore as of June 30, 2026, from ₹1,20,420 crore the previous year.

Disbursements for the quarter totaled ₹19,509 crore, while loan losses and provisions decreased to ₹16 crore in Q1 FY27, down from ₹38 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The company’s gross non-performing assets (NPA) ratio remained steady at 0.29% as of June 30, 2026, compared to 0.30% a year before. Furthermore, the net NPA ratio improved to 0.12%, down from 0.13% in the same period.

The provisioning coverage ratio for Stage 3 assets was recorded at 59%.

As of June 30, 2026, the company’s net worth was ₹23,233.77 crore. Its debt-equity ratio was 4.75, while the total debt-to-total assets ratio was 0.82.

The capital adequacy ratio, including Tier-II capital, stood at 21.59%, and the liquidity coverage ratio was at 158.12%.
