Tulip Infratech to Invest ₹1,100 Cr in Gurugram Housing


NEW DELHI: Tulip Infratech Group is set to invest approximately ₹1,100 crore in Tulip Melrose, a residential project located on Southern Peripheral Road in Gurugram.

The 7.5-acre development will feature a height of around 495 ft and will comprise over 600 units, including four residential towers with spacious residences, clubhouse amenities, and a sky terrace connecting the towers.

“Southern Peripheral Road is entering a defining phase of growth and is progressively becoming one of NCR’s luxury residential hubs,” stated Parveen Jain, chairman & managing director of Tulip Infratech Group.

Raymond Realty Q4 FY26 Pre-Sales Surge to ₹1,519 Crore

NEW DELHI: Raymond Realty Ltd announced on Thursday that its sales bookings surged more than two-fold to Rs 1,519 crore for the quarter ending in March, driven by increased demand for residential properties.
