Complainant can’t pursue RERA and consumer court together: WBREAT
The chairperson of WBREAT stated, “As the basis for the case in the Consumer Commission proceedings is the same as that of the Regulatory Authority, the complainant must choose one of the two options and cannot pursue both at the same time.”
