Mumbai: Pattathu Brothers’ Directors Charged for Unmet Amenities
MUMBAI: The Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) has filed a case against two directors of a Mumbai-based real estate firm for not providing essential amenities to a housing society in Vile Parle, according to police reports on Monday. A complaint from an SRA assistant engineer alleges that Joseph S Pattathu and Pearl Joseph Pattathu, directors of Pattathu Brothers, violated redevelopment agreements by not delivering six required facilities to eligible beneficiaries after obtaining completion certificates for the project.
