Himachal Chief Secretary Demands RERA Report in 15 Days

SHIMLA: Himachal Pradesh Chief Secretary Sanjay Gupta has instructed the State Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau to retrieve all pertinent documents related to Joint Development Agreement real estate projects overseen by the state’s Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). Both agencies have been given a deadline of 15 days to provide the required details.
