NEW DELHI: Residents of over 1,500 unauthorized colonies in the city can now apply online for property registration via the MCD’s SWAGAM portal, starting Friday, officials reported. Earlier this month, the Centre introduced a new policy for regularizing unauthorized colonies in Delhi on an “as is where is” basis.
