PRAYAGRAJ: The Prayagraj Municipal Corporation (PMC) has announced that property tax exemptions will be available only to owners of self-occupied residential buildings occupied by their families. Properties that are rented out or generate income in any other way will not qualify for this exemption. PMC intends to begin verifying applications from eligible property owners within this month.
