Five REITs distribute ₹2,566 crore to unitholders in Q4 FY26

NEW DELHI: For the quarter ending March 31, 2026, India’s five publicly listed real estate investment trusts (REITs) have dispersed over ₹2,566 crore to more than 4.25 lakh unitholders, as reported by the Indian REITs Association. Throughout the entire financial year 2025-26, the total distributions by these five REITs surpassed ₹8,900 crore.
