NEW DELHI: Institutional investments in India’s real estate sector reached $1.9 billion in Q2 2026, marking a seven percent decrease year-on-year, as reported by Cushman & Wakefield. Sequentially, this represents a 16 percent increase compared to the previous quarter. Total institutional investments for H1 2026 amounted to $3.5 billion, up six percent from H1 2025. NEW DELHI: Institutional investments in Indian real estate reached $1.4 billion during the January-March 2026 quarter, marking the highest first-quarter inflow since 2022, as reported by Vestian. While there was a 62% decline in investments quarter-on-quarter due to a high previous base, a 74% year-on-year increase demonstrates continued investor interest in the face of global uncertainties.
