NEW DELHI: Raymond Realty reported a consolidated net profit after tax of ₹304.59 crore for the financial year 2025-26, according to a BSE filing. The company’s consolidated total income reached ₹3,039.42 crore in FY26. In Q4 FY26, the net consolidated total income was ₹1,176.80 crore, with a profit after tax of ₹161.12 crore. NEW DELHI: Raymond Realty Ltd announced on Thursday that its sales bookings surged more than two-fold to Rs 1,519 crore for the quarter ending in March, driven by increased demand for residential properties. In comparison, sales bookings were Rs 636 crore during the same period last year. NEW DELHI: Raymond Realty has reported a total income of ₹706 crore in Q2 FY26, marking a 20% year-on-year increase from ₹589 crore in Q2 FY25. The company’s EBITDA rose to ₹101 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to ₹95 crore in the same quarter last year, with an EBITDA margin of 14.3% in Q2 FY26, down from 16.2% in Q2 FY25.
