Suraj Estate Subsidiary Buys Mumbai Land Rights for ₹75 Crore

Suraj Estate Developers’ Q3 FY26 Net Profit Jumps 25.93%

NEW DELHI: Suraj Estate Developers announced a 25.93% increase in its net consolidated profit for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The profit after tax reached ₹25.16 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to ₹19.98 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year, according to a filing with the BSE. The company reported a net consolidated total income of ₹181.48 crore in Q3 FY26, marking a 5.62% rise from ₹171.82 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
