Telangana RERA Halts R Homes Project for Norm Violations
HYDERABAD: The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG RERA) has mandated that R Homes Infra suspend its project, Jai Vasavis Bliss Heights, located in Yamnampet, Ghatkesar. The promoter is instructed to halt all marketing and sales activities immediately due to 11 complaints, including one from Narasimhula Upendra of Hanumakonda, which allege misrepresentation and violations of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act. The complaints assert that R Homes collected significant funds from prospective buyers during the pre-launch phase by making misleading claims regarding project registrations.
