Pune’s Hinjewadi-Shivajinagar metro stations may open by June-end

PUNE: Commuters waiting for the Hinjewadi-Shivajinagar Metro (Line 3) can anticipate partial relief by the end of June, with 12 stations expected to open in the initial phase, subject to necessary safety clearances, according to PMRDA officials following a meeting in Mumbai on Thursday. Finish Pune Metro Line III stations by March 2026: CM to PMRDA

PUNE: On Monday, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis instructed the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) and its concessionaire to accelerate the completion of the remaining 13 stations of the 23km Hinjewadi–Shivajinagar Metro Line 3, aiming to meet the completion deadline of March 2026.
