Manesar to Map PGs and Guesthouses in Residential Areas
GURUGRAM: Following a crackdown on unauthorized paying guests (PGs) and guesthouses in residential areas, the Municipal Corporation of Manesar (MCM) will start collecting property taxes from these establishments. “Buildings that fail to pay their taxes will be sealed immediately,” said MCM Commissioner Pradeep Singh on Thursday. A survey of regions with a high concentration of PGs is to be conducted within 15 days, as directed by Singh.
