PRAYAGRAJ: The Prayagraj Municipal Corporation (PMC) is set to launch a one-time settlement (OTS) scheme for outstanding house, water, and sewer tax dues from August 15 to December 15. Under this state government-approved scheme, property owners can clear their pending dues in three installments by submitting their applications between August 15 and November 14. Applications must include a 30% deposit of the total outstanding dues as the first installment within one month of applying. The remaining balance can be settled in two further installments.
