Realty United Infra Director Arrested for Land Fraud in Indore
INDORE: A director of Realty United Infra Private Limited was arrested for allegedly creating forged documents related to a government-mortgaged plot and defrauding a woman of ₹18.75 lakh by executing a sale agreement for land that was not legally available for sale. According to Additional DCP Rajesh Dandotiya, the suspect, Anita Gehlot, allegedly persuaded complainant Vanita Dangi to purchase Plot No. J-16 in Orchid Park Colony by offering it at a price lower than the market rate.
