Oberoi Realty’s FY26 Profit Up 12.67% to ₹2,507.43 Crore
NEW DELHI: Oberoi Realty has reported a net consolidated profit increase of 12.67% for the financial year 2025-26. The profit after tax reached ₹2,507.43 crore in FY26, up from ₹2,225.51 crore in FY25, as stated in a BSE filing. The company’s net consolidated total income rose to ₹6,304.27 crore in FY26, showing a growth of 15.16% from ₹5,474.17 crore in FY25. In Q4 FY26, the net consolidated total income grew by 50.31%, reaching ₹1,823.71 crore compared to ₹1,213.33 crore in the same quarter last year.
