NBCC Partners with NMRDA to Develop Naveen Nagpur

NEW DELHI: NBCC (India) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) to develop Naveen Nagpur, envisioned as the International Business & Finance Center (IBFC) in the metropolitan area. Naveen Nagpur will encompass approximately 1,710 acres (692 hectares), with the business district occupying about 1,000 acres and leaving 710 acres for future growth. The initiative aims to establish commercial facilities for startups, MSMEs, IT firms, and offices, alongside residential and mixed-use projects. NBCC Projects Revenue to Hit ₹25,000 Crore by FY28

NEW DELHI: State-owned NBCC Ltd projects its revenue to reach approximately Rs 25,000 crore by 2027-28, which would be more than double its earnings from the previous financial year, bolstered by a substantial order book totaling Rs 1.2 lakh crore. The company, engaged in project management consultancy (PMC) and real estate, offered these insights during a recent conference call with analysts. They outlined revenue forecasts, stating, “This year, we expect Rs 14,000 crore to Rs 15,000 crore. NBCC India’s Q1 FY26 Net Profit Climbs 25.97%

NEW DELHI: NBCC (India) reported a 25.97% increase in net consolidated profit for the quarter ending June 30, 2025, with a profit after tax of ₹135.03 crore in Q1 FY26, up from ₹107.19 crore during the same quarter last year, as per their BSE filing. The company’s net consolidated total income for Q1 FY26 reached ₹2,465.48 crore, marking a 12.26% rise from ₹2,196.20 crore in the equivalent quarter of the previous year. Homebuyers urge CJI, PM to let NBCC finish Supertech projects

Homebuyers from 16 halted housing projects by Supertech have reached out to Chief Justice of India B R Gavai and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, urging intervention to transfer these projects to state-owned NBCC instead of the NCR-based Apex Group.
