HYDRAA Alerts Telangana HC on Realty Firm in Kukatpally
HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) informed a vacation bench of the Telangana High Court on Thursday that it is not interfering with a 13.17-acre land in Kukatpally currently possessed by NVN Constructions Pvt Ltd. HYDRAA claimed that the site was part of a waterbody and proceeded to demolish the compound wall, security guard rooms, cut electricity supply, and damage equipment on the premises.
