HYDERABAD: The Telangana State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TGRERA) has imposed a penalty of ₹43.7 lakh on Bhuvanteza Infra Project Private Limited, based in Banjara Hills, for unauthorized allotment of units in its ‘Tulasi Lake Front’ project located in Suraram, Medchal–Malkajgiri district.
