Ranchi Civic Body Warns 232 PMAY Beneficiaries for Illegal Rentals
RANCHI: This Tuesday, the Ranchi Municipal Corporation (RMC) initiated a campaign against the misuse of welfare housing. They issued show-cause notices to 232 beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) for unlawfully renting out their designated properties. The enforcement action was prompted by reports of unauthorized subletting within the residential complex at the Light House Project in Dhurwa, developed under the housing scheme.
