Hyderabad: Thorrur Plot Auctions for ₹45,000 per Sq Yard
Representative image HYDERABAD: The recent auction of open plots in Thorrur and Bahadurpally garnered significant interest, with bids reaching Rs 45,500 per square yard in Thorrur and Rs 40,500 in Bahadurpally. The Rajiv Swagruha Corporation held an auction for 85 open plots across various locations on Monday. Of these, 66 were auctioned in Thorrur, 11 in Kurmalguda, and eight in Bahadurpally, attracting around 150 bidders. VP Gautam, managing director of the corporation, noted that the auctions were well-received.
