MUMBAI: In September, property registrations in the Mumbai municipal area surged by 32% to 12,070 units, driven by strong festive demand, as reported by Knight Frank India. According to data from the Maharashtra government, the city of Mumbai (within BMC jurisdiction) saw 12,070 property registrations last month, up from 9,111 units during the same period in the previous year.
