WSB Invests ₹75 Crore in Omaxe; Karyan to Invest ₹900 Crore
NEW DELHI: WSB Partners, an investment firm specializing in real estate, has invested ₹75 crore in Omaxe Group’s residential plotted projects in Ujjain and Indore. This funding is primarily intended for growth capital, with a portion also earmarked for working capital and reserves. In a related update, NCR-based Karyan Group plans to invest ₹900 crore to develop Trevana Residences, a residential project in Ghaziabad, expecting nearly ₹1,500 crore in revenue from the development.
