Delhi body selects TOD sites to promote affordable housing

The identified plots, totaling over 3.6 lakh square meters, align with the recently introduced Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) policy and are positioned along the Blue, Red, Green, Pink, and Yellow metro lines. Delhi: DDA Unveils Phase Two of ‘Towering Heights’ Project

NEW DELHI: On Saturday, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) launched the second phase of its housing initiative, ‘DDA Towering Heights,’ located in Karkardooma. NEW DELHI: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) announced the successful reception of bids for its upcoming high-rise project, ‘DDA Towering Heights’, located in Karkardooma. Officials reported this on Wednesday.
