LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) plans to redevelop the aging Kailashkunj Commercial Complex in Indira Nagar, Ayodhya Road, transforming it into a modern mixed-use high-rise with commercial and residential spaces at an estimated cost of ₹110 crore. Spanning 6,046 square meters, the complex currently accommodates around 280 shops but is in a state of disrepair, with many units vacant and encroachments affecting common areas and parking.
