Hyderabad Housing Sales Up 1% to 19,249 Units in H1 2026
NEW DELHI: In the first half of 2026, Hyderabad saw housing sales of 19,249 units, reflecting a 1% year-on-year increase, as reported by Knight Frank India. New launches decreased by 2% year-on-year to 20,466 units in this period. The report indicates that this slowdown is attributed to a more cautious approach from developers, amid stricter regulations, including the implementation of HYDRAA. The average residential prices increased by 7% year-on-year to ₹8,258 per sq ft in H1 2026, compared to ₹8,200 per sq ft in 2025.
