6,000+ Affordable Homes in Gurugram: 4,728 Shortlisted Applicants

GURUGRAM: The district administration has received over 120,000 applications for the allocation of 6,743 affordable homes designated for economically weaker sections (EWS). The 1-BHK flats, priced at Rs 1.5 lakh each, are situated in private developer colonies and high-rise societies, providing beneficiaries with organized residential amenities. The booking process commenced on Thursday to ensure dignified housing for low-income families and facilitate their integration into planned urban environments, in line with the Chief Minister’s Urban Housing Scheme initiated by the Haryana government.
