Godrej Properties’ 2025 Booking Value at ₹34,171 Crore
NEW DELHI: Godrej Properties (GPL) announced a booking value of ₹34,171 crore for 2025, reflecting a 19% increase compared to the previous year. Cash collections also saw a significant rise of 28%, totaling ₹18,979 crore. From 2022 to 2025, the booking value experienced a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of approximately 44%, while collections grew at a CAGR of 35%. The company sold 16,428 housing units during the year, encompassing a saleable area of 27.26 million sq ft.
