BENGALURU: In a significant development for the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) and site allottees, the Karnataka High Court has upheld the acquisition of specific land parcels in Hemmigepura and Ganakallu villages located in Kengeri hobli for the Banashankari VI Stage project.
