Embassy Office Parks’ Q1 FY27 NOI Soars 17% to ₹1,020 Crore
NEW DELHI: Embassy Office Parks REIT announced a 17% year-over-year increase in net operating income (NOI), amounting to ₹1,020 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. Net consolidated total income rose by 16.6% to ₹1,260 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to ₹1,080.81 crore during the same period last year. The REIT’s net consolidated profit after tax surged 25.8% to ₹195.21 crore from ₹155.16 crore in Q1 FY26.
